Who doesn't love a beautiful healthy banana cake, easy with chocolate chips that give a wonderful touch? If you're team BANANA BREAD, this cake is really for you!

Know why you'll love this recipe?

  • It doesn't have any added sugar
  • It's very easy to make
  • It's healthy
  • A great cake for desserts, but also snacks and breakfasts

It's a perfect cake for using up the ripest bananas at home to avoid waste.

For this cake you need:

Which plant-based drink to use?

You can use any plant-based drink, I personally usually use almond or oat without added sugars, they are my favorites. You can find them at Mercadona, Lidl, Continente, among other supermarkets.

I don't have oat flour, now what?

First, instant oat flour works, in fact, it's the one I use. If you don't have it, you can use ground oat flakes or another flour to taste, such as rye, whole wheat, white wheat, among other options.

Where to buy flaxseed flour?

I personally bought it at Continente, it's not mandatory, but I like the touch it leaves in the batter.
