Which plant-based milk to use?

You can use any drink or milk, I personally used almond milk.

Can I use another flour?

Yes, you can use oat, white, spelt, among others.

How can I substitute Yummy drops?

You can use vanilla essence or a sweetener to taste. If you add honey, agave syrup, coconut sugar or other sugar, it will alter the nutritional table of the recipe, thus adding more sugar and calories.

I don't like coconut, now what?

Coconut is not totally mandatory, I used the cream to fill, but you can use, for example, a chocolate or vanilla pudding in the middle, or a flavored yogurt that you think matches.

How to make this recipe for snacks or breakfasts?

As I mentioned above, a great option is to use yogurt to fill instead of coconut cream. Options like vanilla whipped fresh cheese from Lidl, vanilla or coconut yogurt from Lindahls, protein chocolate pudding from Lidl, whipped fresh cheese with a little sweetener, among many other options. The cake dough itself has no sugar, so spice up the filling as you see fit.

Preparation
  1. First step

    Preheat the oven to 185ºC.

  2. Second step

    Place all ingredients except the baking powder in a blender.

  3. Third step

    Add the baking powder and mix carefully.

  4. Fourth step

    Bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Fifth step

    Remove from oven, unmold onto a cloth and roll with the cloth. Let the roll cool in the cloth.

  6. Sixth step

    Open the roll and fill as desired, I used coconut cream. Roll again and store in the fridge.
