Chocolate cake with no added flour, no chocolate bar, meaning it is low in fat, calories and rich in protein. An easy and delicious recipe for a fluffy, moist and healthy mousse cake.
This cake is amazing because:
- It's easy
- No added fats
- Moist, very moist
- It has only 43 calories per slice
- It is low carb and gluten-free
- Low in sugar
For this recipe you need:
- Eggs
- Plant-based milk
- Coconut sugar
- Cocoa powder
- Vanilla (I used yummy drops)
Can I substitute coconut sugar?
You can, any sugar works well in this recipe.
Which plant-based milk to use?
I usually use almond milk with no added sugars, but you can use oat, soy or rice, for example. Another option is to use milk or egg whites.
Note: The cake doesn't last long, it should be eaten as soon as it's fresh and stored in the fridge for up to a day.
