Oat, rice, almond drink and many others, preferably without added sugar. You can also use milk.

I don't have wheat flour, now what?

You can use oat, white wheat, rye or other flour. If you don't have any of these but have oat flakes, you can grind them and use them. It won't be as fluffy, but it will be good.

Is flaxseed flour mandatory?

No, you can remove it from the recipe.

  1. First step

    Turn on the oven at 185ºC (365ºF).

  2. Second step

    In a container, combine the eggs, plant-based drink, vanilla, coconut oil and sugar. Beat everything very well.

  3. Third step

    Add the flours, cinnamon and broken walnuts and mix until it forms a homogeneous batter.

  4. Fourth step

    Add the baking powder and mix.

  5. Fifth step

    Pour the batter into a pan with parchment paper or greased.

  6. Sixth step

    In a small container, combine all the crumble ingredients and mix. Sprinkle over the cake batter in the pan.

  7. Seventh step

    Bake for 45 minutes.
