Very simple chocolate cream recipe to put on your cakes or muffins as a topping. Besides being an option without any added sugar, it's super easy, without added oils and with only 2 ingredients.

This cream is:

  • With only 2 ingredients
  • No added sugars
  • Vegan and gluten-free

For this recipe you need:

What chocolate to use?

I personally prefer a chocolate without added sugars, but you can use any chocolate you like.

Which coconut milk to use?

The one I used is from Lidl, which you can see in the image, for me it's one of the best for this purpose.

Attention

Light coconut milk will not work for this recipe, it needs to be full-fat coconut milk to have the fat that makes the cream.

The coconut milk should be kept in a cold place a few hours before using, so the fat rises and can be used in the recipe.
