Week Menu
- Seitan Bolognese with Rice
- Sautéed Tofu with vegetables and Rice
For the seitan bolognese you need:
- 250g - 300g seitan
- Tomato pulp or tomatoes
- Onion
- Vegetables to taste, I used heart cabbage
- Spices to taste, I used "Segredos do Mundo Itália" from Margão
- Water to taste, so it doesn't dry out
- Pinch of salt
For the tofu you need:
- 200g tofu (I used this smoked tofu from Prozis)
- Soy sauce
- Vegetables to taste, I used zucchini
- Fresh mushrooms
- Spices to taste, I used: Sweet paprika, smoked sweet paprika, garlic powder and also onion powder
