- Marie biscuits 0% added sugar
- Beaten fresh cheese or low-fat yogurt
- Vanilla protein pudding
- Espresso coffee
- Neutral gelatin sheets
Which pudding to use?
I used the puddings from Mercadona, but those from Continente, Lidl, and Pingo Doce also work.
Where to buy Marie biscuits without added sugar?
There are many options on the market these days. I used the ones from Continente, but you can also find them at Pingo Doce, Mercadona, and other supermarkets.

First step
Start by soaking the gelatin sheets in water and let them hydrate.

Make two long coffees and let them cool.

Meanwhile, mix the fresh cheese with the pudding and combine well.

Fourth step
Remove the gelatin sheets from the water and melt them in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Fifth step
Add a little of the semifreddo mixture to the gelatin, mix well, and add it to the rest of the mixture. Mix everything well and start layering the semifreddo by dipping the biscuits in coffee and arranging them in a cake tin. Repeat the process 2 more times and let the semifreddo set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
