  • Flavored oatmeal

What flour flavor to use?

I used Prozis nutchoc flavor, I leave the link here, definitely the combination of this flavor with banana was perfect and it wasn't necessary to add more sugar or sweetener to the recipe. Another option is brownie or chocolate chip flavored oatmeal.

Which plant-based drink to use?

I used almond, but any will work such as oat, soy, rice, as well as milk.

What filling did you use?

I used this Prozis cream, which has no added sugars and matches perfectly!

You can use the recipe for an oven-baked cake, you should bake it in a preheated oven at 185ºC (365ºF) for 40 to 45 minutes.

Note:

The nutritional information is without the cream, since you can add whatever you like, such as fruit or another cream or even no filling at all.

  1. First step

    In a container place all the ingredients, except the yeast, and blend well.

  2. Second step

    Add the yeast and mix in.

  3. Third step

    Place half of the batter (if you want it in layers) in a round or square microwave-safe container and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Fourth step

    Remove from the container and do the same for the remaining batter.

  5. Fifth step

    Let both parts cool well and decorate to taste. I put this Prozis cream in the middle and on top, it matches very well!
