Video with prep of 5 meals for my work week, each meal for less than 2€. In fact, one of the meals is even less than 1.50€, it's true!

The values found in the video are based on the purchases I made and values I found for sale of the products. The vegetables I used are from my land so I used the values of these products that were for sale at Continente.

I prepared 3 completely vegan meals and two fish meals:

  • Tuna Bolognese - 326kcal | 33g carbohydrates, 32g protein, 7g fat
  • Seitan feijoada (portion with rice) - 338kcal | 38g carbohydrates, 36g protein, 3g fat

These meals serve merely as inspiration and idea for your meal preps, so adapt the quantities according to what you need.
