Healthy granola recipe, with a wonderful touch of orange and cinnamon. It leaves a scent at home after making this AMAZING recipe! Grab those oranges and let's make a wonderful granola to use in your snacks or breakfasts.

You will love this granola because:

  • It is easy to make
  • Has no added oil
  • Is low in added sugars
  • A healthy option for breakfasts or snacks
  • It is totally vegan

For this granola you need:

  • Orange
  • Oat flakes
  • Nuts
  • Seeds (optional)
  • Nut or seed butter
  • Agave syrup
  • Cinnamon

How can I substitute nut butter? Which to use?

I personally used almond butter, it's my favorite and I think it goes perfectly. But you can use peanut butter, cashew, sunflower seeds, among other options. If you don't have any of these options you can add nothing.

Can I substitute agave syrup?

Yes, but it will have to be a liquid sweetener. Honey (stops being vegan), maple syrup, coconut blossom syrup work perfectly.

Which nuts to use?

Anyone will do, I used sliced almonds.
