This microwave cake is super simple, tasty and with no added sugars, a great option for a healthy and practical breakfast or snack! The best part? You can make this cake in larger quantities in the oven and it becomes a cake for your snacks for a few days, what do you think? Will you try it?

If you like orange and cinnamon, this little recipe is for you! The combination of these two ingredients is simply amazing.

For this cake you only need:

  • Egg
  • Egg whites
  • Cookie flavored oat flour
  • Flavorless oat flour or flakes
  • Orange
  • Cinnamon

How can I replace egg whites?

You can replace the whites with vegetable drink or milk, any of them will do. Another option is to use two eggs, for example.

Where do I find cookie flavored oat flour?

The oat flour I use is from prozis and you can find it here. You can also use the chocolate chips one from prozis which will have the same effect, the flavor is quite identical.

Can I use oat flakes instead of flavored flour?

Of course yes, however it won't be as sweet. You can use flakes and 5 vanilla yummy drops or use a little sugar like honey, agave syrup among others. However if you don't want to add sugars to the recipe to eat more regularly, use vanilla or nothing.
