Who on that side loves the combination of chocolate and coconut? I personally love it, it reminds me a lot of Bounty chocolate, so I had to try making a marble cake with these two ingredients.
This cake has only 130 calories per slice, yielding about 10. And did you know it has no added sugar? It's an incredible option for your snacks, to accompany your beautiful yogurt.
Try this recipe because:
- It's healthy
- It has no added sugar
- It's great for quick breakfasts or snacks
- It's delicious
For this cake you need:
- Eggs
- Plant-based milk
- Coconut oil
- Banana
- Sweetener (stevia and erythritol)
- Oat flour
- Coconut flour
- Shredded coconut
- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder
Can I replace the oat flour?
Yes, there are several flours that will work well in this recipe, such as wheat flour, whole wheat, rye, and others.
Where can I buy coconut flour?
You can find it in supermarkets but also for sale at prozis, like many of the other ingredients (oat flour, vanilla and shredded coconut).
Which cocoa powder to use?
I personally prioritize raw cocoa powder, not chocolate powder. You can find it for sale in any supermarket or at prozis.
