I tremendously love apple recipes, what about you? Fans??? Then this recipe is for you! It's a juicy, wonderful and healthier cake than conventional ones for your desserts.
This recipe, besides being wonderful, is easy and with few ingredients, in fact, I'm sure that most, or even all, you have at home. So, let's grab the eggs and make an amazing apple cake!
For this cake you need:
- Eggs
- Plant-based drink or milk
- Apples
- Vanilla Yummy drops or essence
- Whole wheat flour
- Coconut flour
- Honey
- Baking powder
- Cinnamon
Which plant-based drink to use?
You can use any plant-based drink or milk. I always prefer plant-based drinks without any added sugar.
I don't have wheat flour, now what?
You can use oat, white wheat, rye or other flour. If you don't have any of these but have oat flakes, you can blend and use them. It's not as fluffy, but it's good.
Where to buy coconut flour?
I use Prozis, the links for the ingredients that exist at Prozis are in the list above. However, it's not mandatory and you can use more wheat or other flour to substitute.

First step
In a blender mix one apple, three eggs, plant-based drink, honey and cinnamon. Blend everything very well.

Second step
Add the previous preparation to a container and add 1 apple cut into pieces.

Third step
Add flours and mix. Add the baking powder and mix again.

Fourth step
Add the batter to a tin and add 1 sliced apple on top.

Fifth step
Bake in a preheated oven at 185ºC (365ºF) for 35 minutes.
