A recipe that I made A LOT two years ago and that I will include back in my diet because it is so good and easy to make that it is impossible not to include every now and then as breakfast or a little snack! At the time I made it with a bread that unfortunately had sugar in the ingredients, but recently I found a sugar-free bread at Mercadona that is quite affordable with a relatively interesting nutritional table and ingredient list, so here is the suggestion. Of course it is not a super healthy bread, it contains additives to replace sugar but every now and then, why not?

This recipe is also possible to make in a vegan version! Of course you have to pay attention to the bread used and, instead of the egg and egg whites use vegetable drink to your liking. Note that the macros change completely, ceasing to be a protein recipe.

For this recipe you only need:

  • Egg
  • Egg whites
  • Vanilla Yummy drops
  • Cinnamon
  • Whole wheat bread slices

If you try it, please tell me what you think.

The recipe is super simple, but you can still watch it on video to make it even easier.
