Which grated cheese to use?
I personally used the light grated cheese from Auchan, but it's also available at Continente.
Can I substitute the oat flour?
Yes, for example with whole wheat flour, rye, or spelt. Another good option is to use tapioca.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water. Using a cloth will make it easier.

Grate the carrot and mix the zucchini and carrot in a bowl.

Beat an egg and add it to the previous mixture. Mix well.

Add the grated cheese, cream cheese, and oat flour. Mix everything well.
