    Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water. Using a cloth will make it easier.

  2. Second step

    Grate the carrot and mix the zucchini and carrot in a bowl.

  3. Third step

    Beat an egg and add it to the previous mixture. Mix well.

  4. Fourth step

    Add the grated cheese, cream cheese, and oat flour. Mix everything well.

  5. Fifth step

    Using a spoon, make "balls" and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 185ºC.
