Low carb bread recipe, low in carbohydrates because it doesn't contain any grain flour, rich in protein, super easy and delicious to prepare. It's also complete for a meal like breakfast or a snack, you can serve it however you want, with an egg, cream cheese, jam or another topping you like.

For this recipe you need:
- Eggs
- Vegetable drink or milk
- Flaxseed flour
- Psyllium
- Flaxseeds (optional)
- Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Can I use another flour?
You can, but if it's grain-based it adds more carbs to the recipe, which is no problem for me but depends on your preference. If you have coconut flour, it's also a good option, although you'll need to use a smaller amount, maybe only half. Another option is almond flour, which is low carb. The flour I used I bought at Continente, I leave the link here.
Where can I find Psyllium?
Mine is from the Iswari brand and you can find it here. This product helps give density to the dough without using flours, and it's also very rich in fiber.
Can I replace Psyllium?
You can use coconut flour, one tablespoon, it won't have the exact same effect, but it will give density to the recipe.
Which drink to use?
Any will do, I used almond, but oat, soy, rice or even milk and water will work.
What is the size of the mold?

First step
In a microwave-safe container (the one indicated above is perfect) add all the ingredients and whisk with a fork until well combined.

Microwave for 3 or 4 minutes (depending on microwave power).

Remove from the microwave, slice in half (optional) and toast in the toaster (essential for it to be perfect).
