A recipe already quite old and well-known on my Instagram, and without a doubt one of the best recipes ever for me, microwave brownie, without added sugars or fats, fluffy, protein-packed and super delicious.

For this brownie you need:

  • Egg
  • Egg whites
  • Oat flakes
  • Banana
  • Vanilla Yummy drops (optional)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Coconut flour (optional)

Can I make it without banana?

Yes, although the banana is what gives the texture and even the sweetest flavor even without the vanilla.

How can I replace egg whites?

You can replace the egg whites with a vegetable drink or milk, any of them will do. Another option is to use two eggs, in which case you will have to change the quantities of the remaining ingredients because of the density of the dough.

Can I use oat flour? Or another flour?

Yes, oat flour, whole wheat, rye, will have the same effect.

Why use coconut flour?

Coconut flour helps a lot with density, I use it to make the dough thicker and the pancakes fatter without having to use more oat flakes. It's not a mandatory step, but you will feel a difference in the dough if you don't reduce the amount of liquid or if you don't use more flakes to increase density.
