  1. First step

    Mash the two bananas and set aside.

  2. Second step

    Put the eggs, plant-based drink, mashed banana and vanilla in a bowl. Beat everything well.

  3. Third step

    Add the flours, cinnamon, walnuts and baking powder. Mix everything well and put it in a tin.

  4. Fourth step

    If you want, put a banana and some walnuts on top.

  5. Fifth step

    Bake in the oven, preheated to 185º for 35 minutes.
