Which cream cheese to use? And grated cheese?
Both cheeses I used are from Auchan, the light grated cheese is simply incredible and you can buy it here. I also really like the cream cheese and you can buy it here. It's not advertising, I just find it easier to indicate the products I actually use if you're interested, of course. Other options are for example from the Continente brand, which has light grated cheese and also light cream cheese. Philadelphia also works, as well as any other cream cheese.
Another option
You can perfectly use light ball or sliced cheese and grate it. It might be more affordable.

First step
Preheat the oven to 185ºC (365ºF).

Mix all ingredients until you have a malleable dough to make small balls. If it is not malleable, add more tapioca.

Make balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray.

Fourth step
Bake for 30 minutes.

Fifth step
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes so as not to burn yourself. Eat whenever you like.
