As a brownie and peanut butter lover, I couldn't resist making a recipe like this. I admit I never thought it would turn out so perfect but it really turned out AMAZING!
These brownies:
- Are easy to make
- Low in added sugars and no refined sugars
- Juicy and FUDGYYY
- Are an amazing dessert to pair with coffee
- Have less than 80 calories per square
For this recipe you need:
- Eggs
- Plant-based milk
- Oat flour
- Coconut flour
- Cocoa powder
- Agave syrup
- Peanut butter
- Vanilla Yummy drops
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Which plant-based milk can I use?
I personally used almond milk, but you can use oat, soy or rice, for example. Another option is to use milk.
Can I use another flour?
You can use any flour like white wheat, whole wheat, rye among others. You can also grind oat flakes and use as oat flour in this recipe.
Where can I find the ingredients?
Most ingredients have the link to theones I use above, where I indicated what your needed to make the brownies. Just click on the ingredients and you can see where to find them.
Can I substitute peanut butter?
Yes you can, for example almond butter will be delicious, hazelnut too or even seeds, such as sunflower seed butter.
How can I substitute Yummy drops?
You can use more agave syrup, but it increases the calories of the recipe and sugar. Another option is to use vanilla essence, which you find in several supermarkets.
Can agave syrup be substituted?
You can use another sugar or sweetener to taste, for example honey, coconut blossom syrup, coconut or brown or white sugar.
How to make the swirl?
Just place the peanut butter on top of the brownie batter that is already in the pan, and stir with a knife or toothpick to make the swirl effect.
