I, as a chocolate lover, am always making recipes with chocolate or cocoa, and they are almost always my favorites, and this is one of them. These soufflés fresh out of the oven with a scoops of ice cream are A DREAM!

This recipe is:

  • Easy
  • Fast
  • No added fats or sugars
  • Only 4 ingredients

For this recipe you need:

Which plant-based drink to use?

I used almond, but any one will do such as oat, soy, rice, as well as milk.

Can I use another flour?

Yes, white, whole wheat, rye or spelt flour are flours that work perfectly in this recipe.

Which chocolate to use?

Any one you like, I personally used dark chocolate with no added sugar from Mercadona, but there are many options on the market that will work for this recipe.

Where to buy vanilla yummy drops?

You can buy them at Prozis, I use mine a lot to sweeten recipes without having to add more sugars. And I have a discount coupon for you with offers, with the coupon ANACRISTINA you get 10% discount on your order and also offers that you can see which are in force at this time on my instagram.

How can I substitute vanilla?

It's not a mandatory ingredient, but you can use honey or another sweetener to taste, however it will add sugars and calories to the recipe. In terms of quantity, a dessert spoon of honey/agave syrup/sugar will work.
