- Coconut sugar

- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder
- Powdered sugar for dusting if desired
Can I make it without egg if I want a vegan version?
Yes, of course, the recipe works perfectly in a vegan version. To do so, use + 30 milliliters of plant-based milk.
Can I use another flour?
Yes, you can use another flour of your choice. I just don't recommend rice flour as much because I think the texture doesn't turn out as well.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Remove from fridge, make balls with hands, dust with sugar if desired and flatten to form the cookie.

Bake in air fryer for 10 minutes at 180º or in the oven for 20 minutes.
