  • It's healthy
  • They are fluffy and not dry at all
  • They are easy
  • They are gluten-free
  • You can make them in the air fryer

For the cookies you need:

  • Egg
  • Plant-based milk or milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • Coconut sugar
  • Coconut oil
  • Oat flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting if desired

Can I make it without egg if I want a vegan version?

Yes, of course, the recipe works perfectly in a vegan version. To do so, use + 30 milliliters of plant-based milk.

Can I use another flour?

Yes, you can use another flour of your choice. I just don't recommend rice flour as much because I think the texture doesn't turn out as well.
