I love homemade granola, I think it's an INCREDIBLE option to use on top of yogurt and being made by us we know exactly everything in it! So here is a recipe for a delicious, easy and healthy cinnamon granola.
This recipe is Vegan.
For this recipe you need:
- Oat flakes
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Flaxseeds
- Agave syrup
- Coconut oil
- Cinnamon
Can I use other nuts?
Of course you can! For example peanuts or hazelnuts, as you wish.
I don't have agave syrup, now what?
You can use honey or another syrup. I don't recommend crystalline sugar, whichever it is, because it doesn't taste as good.
How can I substitute coconut oil?
You can use another fat, or even nut butter, but I think coconut oil is the best option for texture.
