For the bread you need:
- Whole wheat flour
- White wheat flour
- Warm water
- Dry baker's yeast (can use fresh)
- Salt
- Seeds to taste
Can I use only whole wheat flour?
Yes, however it may take longer to rise and grow. I personally prefer to add a little white flour, it looks great and there's nothing wrong with it, the majority is whole wheat anyway.
What other flour can I use?
You can use rye or whole spelt flour instead of whole wheat flour, for example.
Which yeast to use?
I used dry baker's yeast from Mercadona, they sell several small bags there at a very affordable price, so here's my advice. There's also Farmipan, Vahine and Royal. If you have fresh baker's yeast, the amount is 15g for this recipe.
Can I make it without seeds?
Of course, the seeds are completely optional.

First step
In a cup with warm water add the yeast powder and mix with a fork. Set aside.

Combine the two flours and salt in a container.

Add the water with the yeast gradually to the flour and mix.

Fourth step
Mix everything well until it forms an elastic mass. If it is very wet, add a little more flour.

Fifth step
Add the seeds and mix everything well.

Sixth step
Place a cloth over it and let it rest for 3 to 4 hours.

Seventh step
Turn on the oven at 185ºC (365ºF).

Eighth step
Knead the dough a little in the container where it was rising and form a ball.

Ninth step
Place the bread dough in an oven pan or pot and bake for 40 minutes.

Tenth step
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes and serve as desired.
