A very easy, quick and healthy little cake to make for your snack or breakfast! This recipe has no added sugars, like all my breakfasts here, nor oils/fats. It is sweetened with the pear itself and a little vanilla. Will you try it?

- Egg whites or vegetable drink/milk
- Oat flakes

I don't have pears, now what?
As I mentioned above, the recipe is very versatile, that is, you can use another fruit to your liking, such as apple or banana, for example.
Why egg whites?
Usually I always use egg whites in my breakfasts or snacks, to have more protein, but it is not mandatory. You can use vegetable drink or milk if you prefer, or even another egg. In case of using only 2 eggs in this recipe, it will be better to add a little more liquid (vegetable drink or milk), or reduce the oat flakes, so the dough does not become too dense.
How to replace oat flakes
You can use another flour to your liking, just pay attention to their density, for example, in the case of coconut flour which is very dense, the amount would have to be half.
Do I need Vanilla Yummy drops?
I love using vanilla yummy drops, but it is not at all mandatory. First the fruit itself already sweetens, second, you can replace with stevia or vanilla essence. The Yummy drops I use are from Prozis.

First step
In a food processor, add the egg, egg whites, oat flakes, half the pear, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend everything.

Second step
Add some chopped pear to the blended mixture.

Third step
Add the batter to a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 3 and a half minutes.

Fourth step
Serve as desired. I personally love it with nut butter and zero maple syrup.
