Crepes are a wonderful option for your breakfasts and snacks, even better when they are crepes without added sugars or fats and super easy to make. Will you try it?

For the crepes you need:

  • Eggs
  • Vegetable drink and/or egg whites
  • Flavored oat flour of choice

Which oat flour to use?

I personally like several flavored flours from Prozis, the one I usually use most is chocolate chip, but any of them will work well in this recipe. I leave here the link to the flavored oat flours available at Prozis, which also has samples and various sizes.

Can I use vegetable drink and egg?

Yes of course, in my case I usually use 100 grams of whites and at least 50 milliliters of vegetable drink, however you can use 150 milliliters of vegetable drink, or two eggs and 100 milliliters of vegetable drink, for example.

Which vegetable drink to use?

Any of them will work well, even milk.

  1. First step

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

  2. Second step

    Place a bit of the batter in a large non-stick skillet and spread across the pan until it forms a thin layer.

  3. Third step

    Cook on both sides and repeat the process until the batter is gone.
