Yes, you can! There are several options:
- Just one egg and 100ml more plant drink
- Only with egg whites (not as good)
- Only with plant drink (150ml more)
- Plant drink and protein powder
Which plant-based drink to use? Can I use milk?
Any plant-based drink will work (oat, almond, soy, rice). You can also use milk or even water.
Where can I find flavored oats?
The ones I use are from Prozis. My favorite flavors are chocolate chips, brownie, and biscuit.
Another option:
You can make the oats in the microwave; they won't be as creamy, but they turn out well and it's faster.
