Recipes with chocolate cannot fail. These muffins are fluffy, healthy and delicious to take with you for a snack or even a healthier dessert.

All the chocolate recipes I make I use only pure cocoa powder, it's not chocolate, since normally chocolate powder has more additives. Below I leave the list of ingredients and there is a link to what I use from Prozis.

Why you'll love these muffins?

  • They're chocolate, of course, one of the best flavors ever

  • They're fluffy

What you need to make this recipe:

Which plant-based drink to use?

You can use any plant-based drink, make sure they are drinks without added sugars so as not to add more sugar to the recipe. Another option is to use milk.

Can I substitute coconut sugar?

Yes, you can use any other sugar to your liking, such as white sugar, brown sugar, honey, agave syrup and others.

How can I substitute coconut oil?

You can use olive oil, for example, or peanut or sunflower oil.
