Which plant-based drink to use?
You can use any plant-based drink or milk of your choice.
What protein flavor to use?
In my opinion, I think it depends on each person's taste. I made this recipe with cappuccino flavor for the photo, but it also goes very well with chocolate truffle flavor, chocolate chips, or caramelized popcorn. I haven't tried other flavors yet, but they will certainly be just as good.
Do I have to use ground flaxseed?
It's not mandatory, but I think it looks better. You can blend flaxseed, in this case putting the seeds in the batter to blend everything together.
