  1. First step

    Turn on the oven at 185ºC (365ºF)

  2. Second step

    Combine all the base ingredients and mix well. It will form a pliable dough. Let it rest in the cold for 10 minutes.

  3. Third step

    Knead the dough with a rolling pin as indicated above, so it doesn't stick or break apart, and add it to a pie pan. Press the dough well against the base and sides of the pan.

  4. Fourth step

    Bake the base for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling.

  5. Fifth step

    In a pot add all the ingredients except the sliced apple and turn the heat to medium.

  6. Sixth step

    Bring to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Seventh step

    Place the filling on the pie base and put the sliced apple on top. Bake for 15 minutes and serve as desired.
