Below I will say what products I used in this recipe, to facilitate the purchase of them, as well as possible substitutes.

This cheesecake is

  • Healthy
  • Easy
  • No added sugars
  • High protein

What you need to make this recipe:

  • Whole grain cereals
  • Coconut oil
  • Plant-based drink
  • Cocoa powder
  • Natural yogurt or beaten fresh cheese
  • Protein chocolate puddings
  • Water
  • Agar or powder gelatin or gelatin leaf

Which cereals to use?

I used the whole grain oat cereals from Mercadona, they are low in sugar and a great option. You can use other whole grain cereals of your choice, like the new whole grain Cheerios or Kellogs type. You can see in some video some suggestions for healthier cereals.

How can I substitute the coconut oil?

You can use olive oil, for example, or peanut or sunflower oil. Another interesting option would be to use nut butter, such as hazelnut, almond, peanut...

Which fresh cheese to use? Can I substitute it?

You can use natural yogurt, without added sugars. Regarding fresh cheese, there are healthy and protein-rich options in Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi.

Which chocolate puddings?

There are several on the market at the moment, in Lidl, Aldi and also from the Ehrmann brand. They are all great choices for this recipe, protein-rich and without added sugars.

Where to buy Agar?

I used Agar from Mercadona, it's very affordable there, I recommend it.
