In this video I show a day of my diet in maintenance phase. Maintenance phase is the time when we eat to maintain our weight, that is, I eat the same calories that I am burning, basically. I admit that even so my favorite phase is weight gain.
After a few months in weight loss phase, which I admit I got tired of, I decided to start a maintenance phase before entering a bulking phase. I increased calories in some meals, but mainly in the pre workout.
