  1. First step

    Mix the egg with the syrup and coconut oil. Beat everything well.

  2. Second step

    Add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until it forms a malleable dough with your hands.

  3. Third step

    Place the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  4. Fourth step

    Separate into 5 portions, place in muffin tins pressing against the base and bake in the oven, preheated to 180º for 10 minutes.

  5. Fifth step

    Let it cool, put the pudding inside and keep in the fridge.
