  2. Second step

    In a blender bowl, add the egg, egg whites, cooked sweet potato, oats, shredded coconut, and vanilla. Blend everything well.

  3. Third step

    Add the coconut flour and mix well. Let it rest for a minute or two.

  4. Fourth step

    Heat the frying pan or griddle on medium-low heat.

  5. Fifth step

    Place portions of the batter on the tray/pan and let it cook well on the bottom.

  6. Sixth step
